Our company had been a West Des Moines tenant for almost 24 years. We had seen property managers come and go. Our company's experience with K.C. Holdings has been a very positive one. We are in a first-class property.

We occupy a single story property, with no shared common areas with other tenants, which is great.

K.C. Holdings provided an affordable property, allowing us to offset the money spent on offsite meeting facilities, as we were able to include a great conference setting in our new office without increasing costs.
