Who we are
K.C. Holdings arrived on the Central Iowa real estate market in 1995 as a real estate development/property management company – established to create long-term value through real estate development.

What we do
At K.C. Holdings, we do whatever our clients need – whether they’re large-scale, million-dollar conglomerates or smaller, family-owned businesses. We can and will do anything for them, from purchasing vacant land and designing, developing and constructing a building for that land, to purchasing an existing building and selling it as is. K.C. Holdings tries to maximize opportunities for its clients, and we’re willing to go the extra mile to serve them.
